In October, we invited families into our Year 6 classes to take part in an Art and History themed lesson with their children. The focus of the lesson was to create a World War One recruitment poster using some propaganda techniques used during 'The Great War'. We discussed how and why certain features were used to help recruit men to enlist in the army. Everyone worked together to design and create their posters; these will be displayed in the year 6 area. There are some amazing posters!
